Instructions
  1. Chop the asparagus, removing the hard ends. Mince the garlic, slice the cherry tomatoes and the mushrooms. Heat a large skillet with olive oil, and add the veggies. Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, add the chopped spinach, allowing it to slightly cook up, for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil, and cook the pasta according to package directions.
  3. Drain the pasta, top with the veggies, top with black pepper or red pepper flakes, if desired, and serve.
