Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. bulgur, cooked
  • 2 c. parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bulgur according to package directions (approx 10-14 minutes). Drain any excess water. Mix with all other ingredients, and enjoy.
