  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-4 tbsp. veganaise
  • 1.5-2 tbsp. dill, dried


  • Toast the bread, spread the veganaise, top with dill (go nuts here), and then mash half of the avocado on each sandwich. Layer with tomatoes. And enjoy!
