Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Melt the coconut oil, set aside.
In a food processor, process the nuts until coarse. Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, sugar, and oil, and process until combined.
Pit the cherries.
In a pie dish, place the cherries and the blackberries. Spoon the crumble on top.
Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, then turn the pie dish so it cooks evenly, and continue baking for about 15 more minutes, until bubbly.
Serve with your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream.
