  • 2 handfuls spinach, fresh
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful mint, fresh
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in your Vitamix or blender, blend on high for about a minute. Enjoy!
