Sweet Potato Smoothie (might be my new favorite!!)
- 1 c. sweet potato, chopped
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 2 c. almond milk
- 5 dates, pitted
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Cucumber Pear Smoothie
- 1 cucumber
- 2 pears
- 1 c. pineapple, frozen
- 2 c. spinach
- 2 c. coconut water (or plain water)
Apple Oatmeal Smoothie
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 2 apples
- 2 c. spinach
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 4 tbsp. rolled oats
- 2 c. water
Mango Hemp Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 c. mango, frozen
