  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 celery stick, diced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/3 red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 avocado, smashed
  • 2 tbsp. veganaise
  • 2 large lettuce leaves

Instructions
